DVDs and CDs must be unopened to qualify for an "ANY REASON" refund.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that DVDs are suitable for their equipment. Returns of opened DVDs cannot be accepted where the buyer's equipment is incompatible with the Region described in our listing.
FAULTY ITEMS - Where items are faulty or substantially misdecribed, The Book Annex will either replace the item or provide a refund, including original postage costs. Please contact us before returning any faulty item.
